Where it can save time
The orientation register calculates facade and project totals from one set of openings, so early massing changes can be compared without rebuilding separate elevation worksheets. Missing product and performance data remains visible beside the geometry.
Compliance and professional limits
The ratios can inform work around Approved Document L or the locally adopted IECC, but they do not determine energy, daylight, overheating or code compliance. Project type, adoption, exceptions and full performance calculations remain outside the tool.
