Terms of Use

These terms govern access to Architect Assets, including its tools, texture content, saved records, project workflows, subscriptions and plugins.

Version 2026-08-02

1. Who provides the service

Architect Assets is a trading name used by the sole trader operating App Bucket, trading as App Bucket. References to “Architect Assets”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean that operator.

Business contact [email protected]
The production environment must be configured with the sole trader’s legal name and geographic business address before public launch.

2. Accounts and access

You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless caused by our failure to protect the service.

Team owners control seats and invitations. Team members can access projects and project-connected records belonging to their shared team workspace. Do not invite anyone who should not have that access.

3. Free and Pro services

Free accounts are intended for evaluation and a limited standalone working set. Current limits are displayed on the signup and account pages. Pro provides the production capabilities described at purchase, including project workflows, clean or advanced exports, persistent uploaded assets and any applicable team features.

We may improve or replace features and limits. We will not materially reduce a paid subscription during its current billing period without a reasonable operational, security or legal reason.

4. Texture and library license

Unless a different license is shown, Architect Assets library textures, procedural presets and generated texture assets are protected content. Free exports may be used for personal, educational and internal evaluation purposes. They must not be used as production assets in commercial client work.

An active Pro subscription grants you a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use Architect Assets texture assets downloaded while Pro is active as incidental parts of commercial drawings, models, visualizations and project documents. That license continues for those downloaded assets after cancellation.

You may not resell, republish, mass-download, scrape or distribute our assets as a competing library, stock asset, template pack or substantially unchanged standalone product. Ownership of the underlying Architect Assets content is not transferred.

Manufacturer or third-party content may have additional terms shown with that asset. Those specific terms take priority where they differ.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of project information, calculations, notes, images and materials you upload. You confirm that you have permission to use them. You grant us a limited license to host, copy, transform and transmit that content only as needed to provide, secure, back up and support the service.

Private uploads are not made public or sublicensed as library content without a separate, explicit agreement. Account tier restrictions on storage or export do not transfer ownership of your content to us.

6. Technical tools and professional responsibility

Calculators, schedules, specifications, references and compliance screens are workflow aids. They are not architectural, engineering, legal, fire-safety, accessibility, energy, planning or other professional advice, certification or approval.

You remain responsible for checking inputs, assumptions, units, sources, current regulations, manufacturer data and project-specific requirements. Restricted or review labels identify known scope limits but do not make unlabelled material suitable for reliance without review.

Digital materials and colors can differ from physical products and screens. Texture dimensions and generated geometry must be checked before specification, procurement, fabrication or construction.

7. Projects, links and sign-off

Project boards preserve review records, identity information and the revision presented at sign-off. A sign-off records the reviewer’s stated decision; it does not by itself prove their authority, replace a contract procedure or create a professional certification.

Share links act as access credentials. Keep them secure and reset or stop using them if disclosed to the wrong person. Project owners are responsible for identifying appropriate reviewers and explaining the decision being requested.

8. Plugins and exported files

Plugin and native-file support applies only to the host versions and operating systems identified as supported. Technical previews are not compatibility promises. Back up project files and test imported scale, units, maps, patterns and save/reopen behavior before production use.

Host applications, file formats and third-party APIs may change independently of Architect Assets. We do not warrant compatibility outside a published supported configuration.

9. Subscriptions, renewal and cancellation

Pro subscriptions renew automatically at the monthly or annual interval selected at checkout until canceled. The price, billing interval and any seat quantity are shown before payment. Stripe processes payments and taxes where configured.

You can cancel through Account billing. Access normally continues until the end of the paid billing period, after which the account becomes Free and paid project data remains readable but paid actions become unavailable. Statutory cancellation and refund rights are not excluded.

Referral discounts and renewal rewards apply only after the qualifying payment succeeds and are subject to the rules displayed with the referral program. Fraud, self-referral, reversed payments and duplicate rewards may be rejected or reversed.

10. Acceptable use

Do not interfere with the service, bypass technical limits, access another user’s data, probe for vulnerabilities without permission, automate mass retrieval, upload malicious or unlawful content, or use the service to infringe another person’s rights.

We may rate-limit, suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, third parties or legal compliance. Where practical, we will explain the reason and allow export of user-owned data.

11. Availability and liability

We provide the service with reasonable care and skill but do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every output will meet a particular project requirement. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Subject to those protections, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, procurement decisions, construction work or professional conclusions arising from unverified use of an output. Any remaining aggregate liability connected with a paid service is limited to the fees paid for that service in the preceding 12 months.

12. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms for legal, security or product reasons. Material changes will be presented before they apply to continuing paid use. These terms are governed by the law of Scotland, while mandatory consumer protections in your country remain unaffected.
